Company Policies At Serendipity, we are committed to making your shopping experience a success. We pride ourselves on the quality of our merchandise. However, should you be unhappy with your purchase, we will do everything we reasonably can to make you happy.
How To Return Items
We cannot accept returns on any products that have been soiled, worn, damaged, laundered, altered or tailored in any way.
Garments must have tags on.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer. Credit will be issued within 5 days of receipt of returned merchandise.
We are happy to exchange merchandise at your request. Please return merchandise, and a replacement will be sent. Shipping fees on exchanges will be charged on the original method of payment.
Please call us at 1-808-264-7102 or email us at info@serendipitymaui.com to receive a RA (Return Authorization) number. We cannot accept any returns that do not have a RA number on the return-mailing label.
For your own protection, please use a reputable shipping service such as USPS or FEDEX so the items can be tracked. Returned merchandise must be insured and have tracking information. We cannot issue refunds for regular items that arrive to us damaged.
Delivery / Shipping
You will be notified via email if an item is out of stock.
Please make sure to provide an email address.
Your order will ship Priority Mail via USPS. Additional fees apply for express orders. Submit a message via e-mail on our "Contact Us" page for details regarding shipping fees. Keep in mind there is no overnight delivery to the mainland from Maui. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please use our "Contact Us" page for phone, fax and email information should you have special requests to discuss options.
Canceling Your Order
If you decide for any reason that you want to cancel an order you just placed, we can do so if the order has not been processed. Please note that we process most orders within 48 hours of receipt.
Damaged/Missing Items
On rare occasions, some items may arrive damaged or may be missing. Please contact us immediately at info@serendipitymaui.com, and we will see to it that the items are replaced. You must save the damaged merchandise and packaging for a possible claim by us with the carrier. You must report any damage or missing items to us within 7 days of receipt.
Pricing:
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the options of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled.

Our goal is to always provide complete, accurate and current information on our site. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors. This website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies or omissions - some relating to price, availability and product information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, and to change or update information at any time, without prior notice.

We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
